  • Unfortunately, too many executives begin speaking, sometimes about very important issues or ideas, without thinking about WHAT they need to say or HOW they should say it  ... much less the key points they want to make.  When this happens, clarity suffers, the message becomes unclear, and their effectiveness as a leader comes into question.
